A limited number of hotel rooms have been secured at Le Westin Montreal for our group at a special rate of $259 CAD (per room, per night, single or double occupancy) plus applicable taxes. Currently, room rates are subject to the following taxes: Accommodation Tax 3.5%, Goods and Services Tax (GST) 5%, and Provincial Sales Tax (PST) 9.975% (taxes may change without notice).
Our group rate will be available until October 10, 2024, or until our room block has been sold out, whichever comes first. After that point, any new reservation will be subject to availability at the daily rate applicable at the time of reservation.
Individuals are responsible for their own hotel reservations and their own room, taxes, and incidental charges. All charges must be paid upon checkout. A credit card must be provided when reserving a room. Reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival date without charge; otherwise, a charge for one night will apply.
REGISTRATION AS A MEMBER: You must be a current member of the Canadian Association of Perinatal and Women's Health Nurses (CAPWHN) or the Canadian Association of Neonatal Nurses (CANN).

REGISTRATION AS A STUDENT (for full-time undergraduate students only): Upload proof of enrolment in a full-time undergraduate program as an image or PDF file during the registration process, or send by email to secretariat@neonatalcann.ca.
REGISTRATION AS A NON-MEMBER includes membership for one year with CAPWHN or CANN.
All cancellation and substitution requests must be submitted in writing by email to:

Refunds of registration fees, less a $50 administration fee, will be issued for cancellations received by October 1, 2024. No refunds will be issued after this date. If you are unable to attend, you may substitute someone in your place. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
