One 8x10 exhibit space and two complimentary exhibitor registrations.
A special rate of $259 plus applicable taxes for Traditional 2 Queen and Traditional King Rooms and $339 for premium king suites has been negotiated at the Westin Hotel Montreal for attendees and exhibitors. Please ensure you let the hotel know you are booking under the CAPWHN room block.
Upon acceptance by CAPWHN, this application constitutes a contract. The Company agrees to all the policies set forth in the Exhibitor Manual and hereby authorizes the CAPWHN to reserve exhibit space at the Westin Hotel Montreal. The Company also agrees to pay the total cost of the booth space at the time of booking. CAPWHN expressly reserves the right to reject an application for any reason and may relocate or reassign exhibit booths at any time for the overall benefit of the conference.
Sponsorship and partnership options are non-refundable.
Written cancellations for exhibit booths, additional reps and delegate bag inserts received on or before July 1st 2024 will be refunded minus a $500.00 fee. Written cancellations received from July 2, 2024 through October 14, 2024 will be refunded at 50%. There will be no refunds from October 15, 2024 onward. Any no-shows will result in a forfeiture of the registration fees.
